The Nesa Solution® shaft kiln consists in a vertical steel shell internally lined with refractory materials.
Industrial minerals enters at the top of the kiln. Fuel is injected in the medium part of the shaft directly through the bulk of the processed products.
In the combustion zone, temperature above 2000°C.
The final products are extracted at the bottom of the reactor through a special rotating table for reliable operation.
Our engineers have developed a solution allowing to significantly moderate the NOx emission of such sintering process.
